PERMANENT MEDIA FILTERS -
SAND AND GRAVEL

ADVANTAGE PM permanent media sand and gravel filters remove free floating solids from plant circulating liquids, preventing blockage in manifolds and orifices located in process equipment. Three seizes are offered to allow tailoring to specific process requirements.

Application Range: 20-99 tons (PM-24); 100-199 tons (PM-30); 200-300 tons (PM-36).

Maximum Capacities: 40 GPM (PM-24); 70 GPM (PM-30); 100 GPM (PM-36)

IN LINE FILTRATION - MLS SERIES

BAG FILTERS

ADVANTAGE BF Bag Filter vessles are constructed of heavy duty carbon steel (stainless steel is optional) with a 304 stainless steel perforated basket.The vessel is rated at 150 PSI. A 'bura N' gasket is used to seal th lid.

ADVANTAGE plate heat exchangers isolate tower water from the water in contact with your processing equipment to keep your processing equipment clean and maintenance to a minimum.

ADVANTAGE plate heat exchangers consist of a number of stainless steel transfer plates that are held in place between a fixed plate and a movable pressure plate to form a complete unit. Each heat transfer plate has a gasket arrangement that provides two separate channel systems.

The arrangement of the gaskets results in through flow in single channels, so that the primary and secondary media are in counter-current flow.

The media cannot be mixed because of the gasket design. The plates are corrugated, which creates turbulence in the fluids as they flow through the unit.

ADVANTAGE plate heat exchangers allow for plate cleaning without disconnecting process piping.
